BingX Withdrawals Restricted: What to Do and What Documents to Prepare

Workspace for reviewing financial documents
In brief

If BingX withdrawals are restricted, save the exact notice and identify what is blocked: one transaction, all withdrawals or account access. A security check, a Source of Funds request and a trading-profit dispute need different responses. This guide sets out the steps and records to prepare. DefCrypt helps with withdrawal restrictions, including cases where correspondence with the exchange has stalled.

Identify the restricted function

Check notices in the official BingX app or account and the status in withdrawal history. Record the wording, date, time and time zone. If you cannot log in, save the login-screen notice. The word “review” alone does not identify the issue.

What you seeWhat to establish
Login blocked or a security noticeWhich verification steps the exchange requests
KYC or source-of-funds documents requestedWhich requirement remains outstanding and the secure submission channel
Trading activity or profits mentionedThe trades, period and amounts being reviewed
Withdrawal completed but funds not receivedThe TXID, network and transaction status on the blockchain

BingX's account-restriction guide describes a notice in the account that shows restricted functions and document requirements. Open that notice and save the exchange's request. For a transaction already sent, see how to read a TXID.

First steps: preserve records and keep the request coherent

  1. Save the notice, withdrawal status and existing support case number.
  2. Export available deposit, withdrawal and trading history for the relevant period.
  3. Prepare a timeline of the restriction, exchange requests and your responses.
  4. List the documents already submitted and any receipt confirmations.
  5. Continue in the existing support case, identifying the unresolved question.

Keep original files separate from working copies, preserving the original amounts and dates. If records are unavailable, identify the gap and request a statement or an alternative way to document the transaction.

Prepare evidence for the actual request

For identity checks, follow the verification request. For a source-of-funds question, show how the money was obtained and transferred to the exchange. Match the records to the source and BingX's request: statements, purchase receipts or transfer history from another service. See the Source of Funds guide.

If the exchange is questioning trading profits, deposit history alone will not explain the balance change. Reconcile trades, realized profit or loss, fees, funding payments and transfers between accounts. Read the separate guide to frozen BingX trading profits.

Do not send identity documents through a link received from an unknown person in a private message. Open the official service independently. A specialist's initial assessment can start with the restriction and the exchange's response; passwords, seed phrases and 2FA codes are not needed.

A sample support-request structure

Use this structure for your own support request. Fill in the details of your case.

  • Support case: number and date.
  • Restriction: exact notice and unavailable function.
  • Funds: asset and amount; the particular transaction if relevant.
  • Steps completed: documents, submission dates and response to each requirement.
  • Unresolved issue: reason, missing information or current review stage.
  • Request: please specify what action you need from me and the official channel for submitting it.

If support provides a next-response date, record it. If the reply does not arrive, follow up in the same case with a specific question about review status and outstanding information.

When to ask for help

Ask for help when replies conflict, the same records are rejected without an explanation or correspondence never identifies the basis of the restriction. At DefCrypt, we assess your case and recommend next steps, taking account of the work already done.

In our BingX case, we secured the release of approximately $50,000, including trading profits, within 24 hours of joining the case. The client withdrew the full balance.

Before you enquire

Preserve your records and protect account access

  • Submit documents through the official channel shown in your BingX account.
  • Do not deposit money to activate a withdrawal promised by a third party or share access codes.
  • Keep original exports, notices and support case numbers so the review history can be reconstructed.
