BingX Trading Profits Frozen: What to Do When the Review Stalls

If BingX has frozen your trading profits, first establish whether the balance is visible but unavailable for withdrawal, or whether the exchange has adjusted the trading result. Then reconcile the transactions and prepare a request addressing the unresolved issue. DefCrypt has experience securing the release of both capital and trading profits. We can assess your restriction and identify the next step.
A withdrawal hold and a profit deduction are different issues
If the balance is visible but withdrawals are disabled, record the amount and status. If the balance has fallen, locate the relevant entries and exchange notice: your request should address the specific adjustment. For an unclear status, start with the BingX withdrawal-restriction guide.
BingX's trading-behavior rules provide for restrictions on funds and measures concerning profits the platform considers improperly obtained. To assess your case, request the specific transactions, rule and grounds cited in the account decision.
If the reply only says risk control, ask what is being reviewed: trades, the source of funds or account security. This gives you a specific issue to address.
First steps: reconcile trades and cash movements
- Identify the opening balance and reconciliation period.
- List external deposits and withdrawals separately.
- Export closed trades with realized profit or loss, fees and funding payments.
- Identify internal account transfers, bonuses and other adjustments.
- Compare the calculation with the closing balance and flag discrepancies.
Do not combine unrealized gains on an open position with credited trading profits. Moving funds between your exchange accounts does not create income. Check whether the exported PnL already includes fees before subtracting them again.
Educational example using fictional amounts: an opening balance of 2,000 USDT, realized profit before costs of 600 USDT, fees and funding costs of 50 USDT, and a withdrawal of 300 USDT produce a closing balance of 2,250 USDT if there are no other movements.
Retain original exports and list missing records. If the source of the original capital is questioned, prepare a separate Source of Funds explanation. Trading history and funding evidence answer different questions.
Prepare a focused follow-up after a prolonged review
Condense the correspondence into a timeline: the restriction, the exchange's requests, your submissions, replies and unresolved questions. Support each material fact with a reference to a notice, export or support message.
Educational follow-up structure:
- Support case number and current restriction status.
- Disputed period, transactions and amount.
- Previously submitted files and submission dates.
- Balance reconciliation with references to the underlying records.
- Question: which transaction or part of the explanation still requires review?
- Request: please clarify the grounds for the restriction, outstanding evidence and available process for reconsideration.
If the reply again asks you to wait, clarify whether any action is required from you. For a refusal or balance adjustment, request a written explanation and the process for disputing the decision.
When to involve DefCrypt
Bring in specialist help when a review stalls, support repeats generic replies or the exchange disputes trading profits. Prepare the balance reconciliation, transaction history and correspondence so the unresolved issue and the records already reviewed are clear.
At DefCrypt, we work on withdrawal restrictions, including cases following prolonged correspondence. If you have already worked with a lawyer or another team, share that history. We will take the completed work into account and recommend how to proceed.
Our case: capital and trading profits withdrawn
In our BingX case, approximately $50,000, including trading profits, had been unavailable for withdrawal for a prolonged period. We joined the case and secured the release of the full balance within 24 hours. The client has withdrawn the capital and profits.
Has your BingX trading-profit review stalled? Describe the amount, duration and latest exchange response to start your case assessment. Explain whether the exchange disputes the profit or restricts withdrawal. Read about payment for our services on the Success Fee page.
