BingX Delisting: Withdraw Tokens Before the Deadline

If a token is no longer traded on BingX, withdrawals may remain available until a separate deadline. Find the notice for your specific asset and check the network. Once withdrawals close, ask the exchange whether it can process your remaining balance. There is no method that works in every case.
Trading and withdrawals have separate deadlines
Delisting means a platform stops supporting an asset or trading pair. It does not remove the token from the blockchain. However, you cannot transfer an exchange balance out without an available withdrawal function. Holding tokens on an exchange is different from holding them in your own wallet.
In its August 4 notice, BingX set August 7 as the end of trading for the listed pairs, with withdrawals ending on November 7, 2026, at 03:00 UTC. Check the time zone if you use local time.
The notice covers MAJOR, 哈基米, ARIA, POWR, ZKJ, BLUEFIN, TFUEL, PEPON, LAZIO, WOO, WELL, ONT, ASR, ALPINE and SOPH. A different token may have a different deadline. The announcement is linked in the sources below.
In this example, small-balance conversion was disabled before the August delisting. Do not rely on it as a fallback in November. If your whole account is restricted, see the separate guide to BingX withdrawal restrictions.
What to do while withdrawals are still available
- Open the official BingX website or app and find the announcement for your asset. Check the ticker: the same abbreviation does not always identify the same token.
- Check the available withdrawal network, minimum amount, fee and balance you can send.
- Confirm that the recipient supports this exact token on this network. For your own wallet, check access to the address. For another exchange, check that deposits are open and whether a MEMO or tag is required.
- If the deadline and minimum amounts allow, send a small test transfer first. Wait for it to arrive before sending the remaining balance.
- Save the request number, time, address and transaction ID (TxID), if one has been issued. Do not leave the main withdrawal until the final minutes.
A matching token name is not enough: the sending and receiving networks must match. Where the address requires an additional identifier, use the guide to MEMOs and destination tags.
Creating a withdrawal request does not confirm receipt. Once a transaction hash is available, check the TxID in a blockchain explorer, then check whether the recipient has credited it. These are separate stages.
If you cannot withdraw
| What you see | What to check next |
|---|---|
| The trading pair is gone, but withdrawals are available | Withdrawal deadline, network, minimum and fee |
| Withdrawals are unavailable for only one token or network | Delisting notice, network maintenance and the exact error |
| The whole account is restricted | Security or document requests in your account; delisting may not be the only cause |
| The announced deadline has passed | Whether official support can arrange processing of the remaining balance |
| A request exists, but the outcome is unclear | Its status and, if there is a TxID, the transaction status on the network |
If the balance is below the withdrawal minimum, first ask support what options are available. Depositing more of an unsupported asset may create another problem. The BingX notice cited here states that deposits have stopped.
After the deadline, do not assume that a support request will automatically reopen withdrawals. Save the balance details and ask for an answer specific to your case. Submitting a request does not, by itself, establish an obligation or a technical ability to return the asset.
What to send to support
Keep the request short and focused on one issue. The following is a template to fill in, not an account of a real client case.
- Asset and network: […].
- Balance and amount available to withdraw: […].
- Delisting announcement and withdrawal deadline: […].
- Exact error and time of the attempt, including time zone: […].
- Request number and TxID, if available: […].
- Please clarify: can I withdraw my remaining balance, what is preventing the transaction, and what action is required from me?
Attach a screenshot of the status and relevant correspondence through the official channel. If the answer does not explain the cause or mixes up delisting and an account review, an assessment of the withdrawal restriction can start by comparing the notice, transaction and exchange response.
Checks to make before you send
- Do not deposit more funds in an asset the exchange no longer supports.
- Do not pay third parties who promise to “activate withdrawals”. Passwords and access codes are not needed for a case assessment.
- Check the announcement again before taking action: deadlines, networks and available functions can change.
